Ginger Rice

For 4 people

*Ingredients*
2 cups Rice (1 cup = 180ml)
40g Ginger (cut into thin strips, put in the water)
430ml Soup (1.2 times more than Rice)

+Soy sauce


*Recipe*
1. Wash the rice & let it absorb water for 1 hour.
2. Put Rice, Ginger & Soup in a pot, add Soy sauce to taste.
3. Put over high heat until comes to boil, then reduce heat to low and boil till water evaporates. Turn up the heat again for about 10 seconds.
4. Allow boiled rice to settle for 10 to 15 minutes.

Soup = Kelp & Bonito soup
