*Ingredients*
1 Vinegar
1 Water
0.6 - 0.7 Sugar
*Recipe*
1. Melt sugar in warm water. cool it.
2. Mix the water and vinegar and mix.
*Memo*
Proportion: vinegar & water - ml, sugar - gram
e.g.) 50ml vinegar and water, 30g sugar
Salt the veggie and leave it for a while. Drain well and add ama-zu.
"Ama-zu" means sweet vinegar.
