*Ingredients*
7 White Miso
1 Sugar
3 Vinegar
+Mustard
*Recipe*
1. Add sugar, mustard, and vinegar in miso.
2. If the mixture is too thick add some bonito soup or thoroughly-boiled sake.
*Memo*
Proportion: miso & sugar - gram, vinegar - ml
Add as much mustard as you like.
