*Ingredients*
7 White Miso
1 Sugar
3 Vinegar
*Recipe*
1. Add sugar and vinegar in miso.
2. If the mixture is too thick add some bonito soup or thoroughly-boiled sake.
*Memo*
Proportion: miso & sugar - gram, vinegar - ml
Add mustard if you want --> Karashi-Su-Miso
