Sesame Tofu
Like blanc manger, but softer & salty. With soy sauce, in a soup, etc.
*Ingredients*
4 Soup (kelp soup)
1 Kudzu starch (as bigger as gravel in size)
1 Sesame paste (black or white) or 2 roasted sesame seeds
+Soy sauce
+Salt
*Recipe*
1. In a pan melt kudzu with equal amount of room-temperature soup, pour rest of all indredients and stir. Then season with soy sauce and salt.
2. Put the pan over high heat and stir constantly. Once the mixture turms into gel at the bottom of the pan, stir hard till thickened & seems translucent.
3.Make a ball using plastic wrap & close tightly with a rubber band. Cool it in icy water or in a fridge.

Proportion: ml
Serve it within a day.
Use 1 soy milk and 3 kelp & bonito soup instead of 4 soup.
Roasted sesame seeds: roast until the seed easily crushes with two fingers
