Hirousu (Fried Tofu Dumplings)

ひろうす ひろうすとオクラのたいたん

12 portions

*Ingredients*
2 blocks Tofu (drained)
40g carrot (cut into 1.5cm strips)
2 small piece Dried wood ear mushrooms (soak till soft, immerse in boiling water, cut into strips)
1/2 cup Edamame beans (boiled)

1 Egg
60g Yum (grated)
+Sugar
+Salt

+Oil (for frying)


*Recipe*
1. Process tofu to a paste, add egg & yum, mix well. Season with sugar & salt.
2. Add other ingredients and mix, separate it into 12.
3. grease hands lightly and make balls.
4. Deep fry in 180C oil until golden.


*Memo*
Tofu = hard tofu
Grease your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands.

You can also use shrimps, hijiki, ginkgo nuts, etc. at least three colors of red, green, yellow, & black.

Eat the hirous with soy sauce with ginger, soup with grated radish, etc.
