Tofu and sesame seed dressing with vegetable & fruits
*Ingredients*
1/2 Tofu (drained & process to a paste)
100 - 150cc Sesame paste
White Miso
+Sugar
+Salt
+Soup
+Soy sauce
Vegetable (cut into 40x5x5mm long sticks)
Carrot, Asparagus, Cucumber, Mushrooms, Spinach, Bell pepper, Burdock root, etc.
Boil it if it's needed, drain and cool it.
Fruits (cut into 40x5x5mm long sticks)
Apple, Pear, Kaki, maybe Muscat.
*Recipe*
1. Make tofu sauce. Put drained tofu in food processer and make paste. Add sesame paste and white miso, blend it well.

2. Melt sugar, salt & soy sauce in soup. Add to tofu mixture bit by bit.
3. Put all the vegetable and fruits in a big bowl and mix it with tofu sauce.

Add sugar, salt & soy sauce as much as you like.
Add soup to adjust the thickness
