For 4 people
*Ingredients*
2 cups Rice (1 cup = 180ml)
50-80g Mukago (wash thoroughly)
430ml Water (1.2 times more than Rice)
+Salt
*Recipe*
1. Wash the rice & let it absorb water for at least 1 hour.
2. Put Rice, Mukago, & Water in a pot, add Salt to taste.
3. Put over high heat until comes to boil (about 3-5minutes), then reduce heat to low and boil till water evaporates (about 10 minutes). Turn up the heat again for about 10 seconds.
4. Allow boiled rice to settle for 10 to 15 minutes.
*Memo*
salinity 1-1.5%

Don't make a pot full of rice. You will make a big mess around your stove!
